A: 1. Rack drawings or detailed dimensions (length, width, height).
2. How many layers are there on the rack.
3. Load capacity per layer.
4. Order quantity.
Q3: What's the materials of your products?
A: Mild steel, Q235. Other materials you want is also okay.
Q4: What is your packing details?
A: Plastic banding and stretch film wrapped,standard forklift truck or pallet jack used easily.
Q5: What's your paying terms?
A: Deposit 30% upon signing the contract,the balance will be cleared by T/T / L/C /Western Union before delivery.
Q6: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally 2-4 weeks after your advanced deposit,according to the order quantity.
Q7: What is the finish for your products?
A: Electro galvanized,hot dip galvanized,painting or powder coating.
Q8: I would like to have my own design products, is that okay?
A: Yes, we will be happy to go with your design, even though your order quantity is small.
